I normally take 6 shots 1 full stop apart, and then depending on the result normally take the 1st 3d and 6th. It is however possible to manipulate the stops with the hdr software. So anything is possible. Strangely I found three shots 1 stop apart to give the best results. The harsness of the final result depends largely on your own tone mapping settings.

Hi Chi
It really looks like a lovely place to be. Your pictures show the beauty, makes me want to go there too.
Thank you. However, I did offer. You would have enjoyed it a lot. Very peaceful and friendly.
Cool pics, love the colors. I need to try HDR sometime too. How do you bracket your exposures? a full f-stop?
